To facilitate your job as Temple Treasurer we have included here several files that you can download to your computer for the purpose of information and using some of the files for improving on what HQ has provided for you in the BATS Manual.  For example, the form that Units and Clubs are required to use in filing their financial information at the end of the year has been converted to a PDF file and an Excel file.  Both files permit the Units and Clubs to enter data directly into the form on the computer, and the computer does the computations for you.  The forms provided by HQ require the use of a typewriter and calculator.  Welcome to the world of progress.....  Some of the files you will be downloading are in PDF format.  You will need the FREE program, Acrobat Reader, to view and/or print these files.  Unless you you already have it installed on your computer, it is available HERE.

Newsletters
